The school has a very active Parent School Association known as the Friends of Berkley School (FBS) .They help to raise much needed money for the school by organising activities such as Christmas and Summer Fayres, discos for adults and children, a sweet stall at the Berkley Fete, cake days, fashion shows, quiz sheets, beetle drives and much more. It also acts as a useful link between parents and the staff. All parents with children at the school are members.
Anyone can become involved in the Association, whether it is organising one of the fairs or helping out at a cake stall or selling quiz sheets . If you would like to become involved in any way, or at any time, please come along to any of the meetings, which are always advertised on the notice board near the gate, the newsletter and on the web page.
The Association has been very successful, but it needs your help to continue to be so. You can have a lot of fun getting involved and if you are new to the School it is a good way of making friends and meeting staff.
